Abstract:
A modular flow measurement method. The method can be widely applied to various fields such as air conditioning, ventilation and fluid measurement. A plurality of average pressure difference measurement components are designed, and work in conjunction with a honeycomb overflow component (3) and a spacing component (2), so that the measurement accuracy and the range ratio of an average pressure difference measurement component for fluid in a non-sufficient development section when a straight pipe section is insufficient are improved. For circular and fan-shaped measurement areas, a method for point distribution by means of dividing the surface into circles having unequal sizes is provided. The method has higher applicability to diversified flow velocity distribution. Also provided is a modular flow measurement apparatus. Manufacturing details are optimized, and implementation of the method is ensured. In addition, according to the modular flow measurement method, a variable air volume apparatus is provided. The apparatus improves precision and the range ratio under adverse working conditions, and can be widely applied.
