Abstract:
A modular independent transmission rolling mill and a unit, relating to the field of metallurgical rolling equipment. The modular independent transmission rolling mill comprises a modular rolling mill (1), a gear box (3), and a motor (5). The modular rolling mill (1) comprises two independent frames (1-1, 1-2) installed in a box body (1-3). The gear box (3) comprises two mutually independent gear trains (3-1, 3-2). Two independent motors (5-1, 5-2) are respectively connected to the two frames (1-1, 1-2) on the modular rolling mill (1) by means of the two gear trains (3-1, 3-2) on the gearbox (3). The unit comprises one or more modular independent transmission rolling mills, and the frames (1-1, 1-2) of one or more modular rolling mills (1) can adjust the coefficient of elongation between the two frames on the basis of the speed changes of the respective corresponding motors (5-1, 5-2). The modular independent transmission rolling mill and the unit thereof can solve the problem that the speed ratio between the two frames in a single modular rolling mill cannot be flexibly adjusted, and solve the problems of complex equipment structure and high no-load power consumption in the prior art.
