Abstract:
A modular intelligent solid control system and a control method therefor, said system comprising pipelines and a vibrating screen tank, an integrated machine tank, a centrifugal machine tank, a suction tank, a plurality of reserve tanks and a slurry mixing tank which are connected by means of the pipelines; a central processor is installed in a comprehensive control room, and the central processor is electrically connected to PLC processors on the vibrating screen tank, the integrated machine tank, the centrifugal machine tank, the suction tank, the plurality of reserve tanks and the slurry mixing tank respectively. The control method comprises: 1) selecting the number of tanks, the stage of the solid control system being used for purification treatment and the placement pattern of the tanks; and 2) entering a modular intelligent solid control system in the central processor to automatically control the solid control system. The modular intelligent solid control system and the control method therefor solve the problem that the existing solid control system is inconvenient to operate and control.
