A modular power-saving refrigeration device used to perform refrigeration between server devices. A cold channel (201) and a hot channel (202) are provided between server devices. A server device (203) is installed inside the cold channel (201). The modular power-saving refrigeration device comprises: an air supply cavity (114) communicating with the cold channel (201); an air return cavity (110) communicating with the hot channel (202); a fresh air supply module installed at a fresh air inlet of the air supply cavity (114), and configured to suck external air into the air supply cavity (114); an air wall refrigeration module installed at a cold air outlet of the air supply cavity (114), and configured to pump cold air into the cold channel (201) to cool the server device (203); a hot air return module installed at a hot air return inlet of the air return cavity (110), and configured to pump, into the air return cavity (110), hot air discharged from the server device (203) to the hot channel (202); and a hot air discharge module installed at a hot air discharge outlet of the air return cavity (110), and configured to discharge hot air in the air return cavity (110) to external air.
