Abstract:
A user-activated modular switch assembly (10) includes an actuator assembly (12) slidable between a first position and a second position on a housing (20). A shaft knob (40) or a rocking knob (30) is selectively mounted to the actuator assembly (12) to provide either conventional slide actuation or rocking activation of the switch. The actuator assembly (12) configuration includes integral mounting members allowing for the direct mounting of either knob type.
