Abstract:
A modularized aluminum profile press-bending die and a press-bending method. The mold comprises an upper die seat (1), a lower die seat (3), a die (5), a punch (6) and a CAE analysis system; the CAE analysis system integrating springback compensation analysis and designing punch and die parameters, the punch and the die completing machining according to the parameters; the punch being mounted at a bottom part of the upper die seat, the mold being mounted over the lower die seat, and the punch and the die being disposed vertically opposite one another; the die being a segmented structure, consisting of multiple die blocks; the die having a groove thereon, aluminum profile being disposed on the groove, and the die and the punch press-bending the aluminum profile according to a stamping parameter set by the CAE analysis system; a die block being capable of independently performing die correction according to an amount of springback of the aluminum profile. The present press-bending die and press-bending method resolve a process of repeated die correction caused by a relatively high difficulty of adjusting an amount of springback during aluminum profile curve forming, and can realize independent die correction, decreasing a die development cycle and cost, increasing production efficiency, shortening a debugging cycle and increasing die flexibility.
