Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to stably hold a display unit inside an apparatus without using an adhesive or the like for the fixing. A module as a fixing structure for fixing a display unit 4, which is display portion, is provided with: a display unit 4 that is a flat display unit; a circuit substrate 6 that is disposed under the display unit 4 so as to overlap the display unit 4, and has a shield member 7 disposed on a surface thereof facing the display unit 4, the shield member 7 covering a circuit element 61; and a buffer member 8 that is disposed on the upper surface of the shield member 7, and is abutted on the lower surface of the display unit 4.
