Abstract:
A module system according to the present invention is configured so as to position, along a guide direction, a first module into which a first guide device has been incorporated, and a second module into which a second guide device has been incorporated. The module system comprises a first positioning part that positions the first module and the second module such that the gap between the first guide device and the second guide device is a prescribed distance. In addition, the module system comprises a second positioning part that positions the first module and the second module such that the deviation between the axial direction of the first guide device and the axial direction of the second guide device in a direction orthogonal to the guide direction in a plan view is less than or equal to a prescribed deviation amount.
