Abstract:
The present invention comprises a substrate and a first metal member. The substrate has a top main surface and a bottom main surface arranged in the vertical direction. The first metal member is provided on the top main surface of the substrate, and includes a plate-shaped portion that has a front main surface and a rear main surface arranged in the front-back direction when viewed from the vertical direction. The first metal member also includes a first left support portion. A boundary between a first plate-shaped portion and the first left support portion is defined as a first left boundary. The first left support portion is bent with respect to the first plate-shaped portion at the first left boundary so that the first left support portion is positioned more toward the rear than the first plate-shaped portion. A first lower left cutout which extends upwards from the bottom end of the first plate-shaped portion and the bottom end of the first left support portion is provided so that the bottom end of the first left boundary is positioned higher than the bottom end of the first plate-shaped portion and the bottom end of the first left support portion.
