Abstract:

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having a skin-moisturizing effect and, specifically, to a cosmetic composition for moisturizing the skin, containing a mixture of Bambusa Arundinacea sap and grape vine sap as active ingredients, thereby having an excellent moisture retention ability and moisture maintenance efficacy so as to have an excellent skin-moisturizing ability even in a dry environment, and having no side effects when applied to the human body.
