Abstract:
Disclosed is a mold core device for manufacturing a container cover, the mold core device comprising a line position structure, a sleeve, a line position structure base and an inclined wedge. The line position structure is installed on the line position structure base; the sleeve is sleeved outside the line position structure; and the inclined wedge is installed in the line position structure. The line position structure consists of a plurality of first independent line position structures and a plurality of second independent line position structures, and each first independent line position structure and each second independent line position structure can be separately installed on the line position structure base and can be separately detached from the line position structure base; and when undergoing axial movement relative to the first independent line position structure and the second independent line position structure, the sleeve sequentially applies a radial force to the first independent line position structure and the second independent line position structure, thus pushing the first independent line position structure and the second independent line position structure to sequentially move towards the internal portion of the sleeve. The line position structure of the present invention consists of a plurality of independent line position structures, such that a mold has a simple structure, thus being convenient to maintain, and having a lower maintenance and replacement cost.
