Abstract:
A mold having a tunnel core-pulling slider, comprising a rear mold (1) and at least one core-pulling assembly (2). The rear mold comprises a rear mold core (11) and a rear mold frame (12); the rear mold frame is connected to the periphery of the rear mold core; at least one tunnel is provided in the rear mold core; the core-pulling assembly comprises a core-pulling slider (21), a guide post (22), and a slider seat (23); one end of the core-pulling slider is disposed in the inner cavity of the slider seat, and the other end of the core-pulling slider is movably disposed in the tunnel; at least one spray hole (13) is communicated on the tunnel; the slider seat and the rear mold frame are both provided with through holes; the guide post is movably inserted in the two through holes. After the mold is opened, a release agent is directly sprayed on the core-pulling slider from the spray hole to lubricate and cool the core-pulling slider, so as to avoid the occurrence of sand holes in a product caused by the sticking of the core-pulling slider, thereby effectively improving product quality.
