Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mold-less plate forming apparatus, comprising: two rotatable forming rollers which are arranged to vertically correspond to each other and can be bent at various curvatures; and a plurality of roller adjustment members, wherein one end of each of the plurality of roller adjustment members is fixed to the respective forming rollers and the length of the plurality of roller adjustment members is adjustable, thereby adjusting, depending on the length thereof, the curvatures of the forming rollers and the interval between the two forming rollers. The curvatures and the interval of the forming rollers are adjusted by the roller adjustment members, such that the forming shape of a plate varies. The mold-less plate forming apparatus according to the present invention is capable of easily correcting the forming shape when the desired shape is changed, so that the apparatus is suitable to form various types of plates in small quantities and has an advantage of not causing dimples or wrinkles. Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to form even the edges of a plate and to form a plate without limitation of the thickness or size of the plate.
