A mold (1) has a heat medium flow path (10), a medium introduction port (4), and a medium discharge port (5). The heat medium flow path includes a first flow path section (11) that is formed so as to be continuous from the medium introduction port, a second flow path section (12) that is formed so as to be continuous to the medium discharge port, and a plurality of third flow path sections (13) that each have a smaller diameter than the first flow path section and the second flow path section, and are each connected to the first flow path section at one end (13a) and connected to the second flow path section at the other end (13b). The mold further has a plurality of communication paths (20) that communicate the heat medium flow path and the mold exterior. Each communication path is provided corresponding to a respective third flow path section, and one end (20a) of each communication path is either facing the one end of the corresponding third flow path section with the first flow path section interposed therebetween, or is facing the other end of the corresponding third flow path section with the second flow path section interposed therebetween.
