Abstract:
Disclosed is a mold smart terminal, comprising a housing (1) and a mold monitoring assembly (2) installed in the housing, wherein the mold monitoring assembly comprises a button switch (21), the housing is provided with an installation column (11), the installation column is provided with a through cavity (12), a first cavity opening (12a) of the cavity faces the button switch, and a second cavity opening (12b) of the cavity is located in the housing; and an anti-release structure (3) passing through the installation column. When the mold smart terminal is not combined with a mold, two ends of the anti-release structure both extend out of the installation column, a first end surface of the anti-release structure faces the button switch, a gap is reserved between the first end surface and the button switch, and the button switch is a normally open switch; and when the mold smart terminal is combined with the mold, a second end of the anti-release structure receives pressure from the mold and is flush with the second cavity opening, the anti-release structure is displaced, and a first end of the anti-release structure is in contact with and presses the button switch to disconnect the button switch. The mold smart terminal can realize release early warning.
