Abstract:

This molded body is composed of a fiber-reinforced composite material containing a thermoplastic resin and reinforcing fibers of an average fiber length of 5-100mm, wherein the reinforcing fiber volume content (Vf = 100 × volume of reinforcing fibers / (volume of reinforcing fibers + volume of thermoplastic resin)) is 5-80%, the surface is textured, and the reinforcing fiber bundles (A) above the critical monofilament count defined by expression (1) below make up 20-99 vol% of the total amount of reinforcing threads. Critical monofilament count=600/D (1) (Here, D is the average fiber diameter (μm) of the reinforcing fibers)
