Abstract:
This molded hook-and-loop fastener has: a fastener member (10, 10a, 10b) in which a plurality of engagement elements (12) is disposed upright on a first surface of a base part (20, 50, 60); and a back member (5) secured to a second surface of the fastener member (10, 10a, 10b) and provided with a structure through which a synthetic resin can pass. The base part (20, 50, 60) has a first base region (26, 56, 66) having a predetermined thickness and a second base region (27, 57, 67) which is thicker than the first base region (26, 56, 66). The back member (5) is secured to at least the second base region (27, 57, 67) of the base part (20, 50, 60). This configuration increases the adhesion strength of the back member (5) to the fastener member (10, 10a, 10b) and enables the base part (20, 50, 60) to more firmly hold the back member (5).
