Abstract:
A molded laminate formed of a urethane foam and having a skin material with excellent characteristics and a production method thereof, the molded laminate being formed by integrally pasting together, under an average pressing pressure of up to 50 kg/cm?2¿ on a projection area of a molding cavity, a thermoplastic resin base material and an ether urethane foam (131) provided on at least one surface of the base material and mainly consisting of polyetherpolyol by injection compression molding or injection molding. The urethane foam may be ester-ether urethane foam mainly consisting of polyesterpolyol and polyetherpolyol.
