Abstract:
A molded object obtained by in-mold coating which comprises a molding formed from a hydroxylated polypropylene resin composition (A) and a coating layer with which the surface of the molding is coated and which has been formed from a coating composition (B) for in-mold coating. The composition (A) comprises a polypropylene resin (i) and an additive rubber (ii) and optionally contains other polymer (iii), the total hydroxy number of the ingredients (i), (ii), and (iii) being a specific value. In the composition (A), the rubber ingredient is contained in a specific amount. The coating composition (B) comprises, in a specific proportion, a vehicle ingredient comprising in a specific proportion an oligomer having at least two (meth)acrylate groups and an ethylenic monomer copolymerizable with the oligomer, a (meth)acrylic-modified chlorinated polyolefin having a specific chlorine content, an organic peroxide polymerization initiator, and a polyisocyanate compound. The molded object is produced by injection molding, injection compression molding, or injection press molding.
