Abstract:
A molding machine for synthesizing a stone by means of beats of a heavy hammer comprises a base (1), a heavy hammer (10) mounted on the base (1), and a driver (4) for driving the heavy hammer (10). The base (1) is provided with a material carrying region, and the heavy hammer (10) beats the material carrying region. Also provided is a processing technology for synthesizing a stone by means of beats of a heavy hammer comprises the following steps: A, burdening; B, material distribution; C, shaping; and D, solidification. Stone plates with a high strength and a high density can be formed.
