Abstract:
A molding machine with a lubrication mechanism is capable of effectively lubricating a ball screw so that life of the ball screw is extended. In a clamping device of an electric injection-molding machine, rotational motion of a rotation shaft of a motor (19) as a drive source for the clamping device is converted into axial linear motion by a ball screw mechanism (31). A spray nozzle (35) installed to a ball screw nut (25) of the ball screw mechanism (31) sprays vapor-like lubricant oil directly to the inside of the ball screw nut (25). The lubricant oil sprayed from the spray nozzle (35) is recovered for reuse.
