Abstract:
A molding method according to the present invention is for molding a prepreg (13) by bringing the same into close contact with a first mold (11) having a surface with protrusions and recesses and the method comprises: a step for placing the prepreg (13) on the surface with protrusions and recesses of the first mold (11); a step for placing, on the prepreg (13), an elastic sheet (14) equipped with a projection (15) having a tip shape that fits the shape of a recessed portion (12) of the surface with protrusions and recesses; and a step for sealing a space between the elastic sheet (14) and the first mold (11) where the prepreg (13) is placed and for vacuum-suctioning said space. During the vacuum-suctioning step, the prepreg (13) positioned at the recessed portion (12) is pressed by the projection (15) of the elastic sheet (14) and closely attached to the surface of the first mold (11).
