Abstract:
Disclosed are a molybdate luminescent ceramic material for laser display, a preparation method therefor and use thereof, belonging to the technical field of special ceramics preparation process for laser display. The method comprises: mixing an alkali metal halide and an alkali metal carbonate, weighing molybdenum oxide and europium oxide according to a molar ratio, and performing mixing, grinding, pressing, calcination and grinding to prepare a molybdate powder sample; heating and stirring a PVB adhesive to prepare a clear PVB adhesive solution; and sieving the molybdate powder material, adding the PVB adhesive solution, and grinding under an ultraviolet lamp until the PVB adhesive is cured, and performing pressing and calcination to prepare a ceramic sheet. The ceramic sheet of the present invention has a high absorption rate under the excitation of blue light lasers at 464 nm, good luminous efficiency, a high colour purity, good monochromaticity, and good thermal conductivity and back scattering performance; and has a relatively narrow-band emission peak at 614 nm (red), and can be used in the field of laser display ceramics.
