Abstract:
Disclosed is a molybdenum disulfide hybrid flame retardant coated with a phosphorus-nitrogen-zinc two-dimensional supramolecule and an application thereof, belonging to the technical field of halogen-free flame retardants. The composition of the molybdenum disulfide hybrid flame retardant coated with the phosphorus-nitrogen-zinc two-dimensional supramolecule of the present invention comprises, in parts by weight, 1 to 2 parts of molybdenum disulfide, 1 to 1.5 parts of zinc salt, 5 to 8 parts of a nitrogen-containing compound, and 5-10 parts of a phosphorus-containing compound. As a flame retardant, the hybrid material of the present invention effectively exerts organic and inorganic synergistic flame retarding effects, increases the flame retarding efficiency of molybdenum disulfide, reduces the amount of flame retardant added to the matrix, can improve the mechanical properties of the matrix, and also has excellent potential for application.
