Abstract:
The present application discloses a molybdenum oxide nanomaterial, a preparation method therefor, and a photoelectric device. The molybdenum oxide nanomaterial prepared by the preparation method comprises molybdenum oxide nanoparticles and one or both of a haloacid ligand and a halohydrin ligand connected to the surface of the molybdenum oxide nanoparticles, and has relatively high dispersibility and stability, so that a hole functional layer comprising same has relatively high hole mobility, thereby improving the luminous efficiency and service life of the photoelectric device.
