Title:
MOLYBDENUM-VANADIUM BIMETAL OXIDE CATALYST AND USE THEREOF IN CHEMICAL CHAIN DEHYDROGENATION OF LOWER ALKANE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/029358
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A molybdenum-vanadium bimetal oxide catalyst and use thereof in chemical chain dehydrogenation of lower alkanes. The molybdenum-vanadium bimetal oxide catalyst has a molecular formula of Mo1Vy, y representing the molar ratio of vanadium atom to molybdenum atom, and is prepared by means of a dipping method, the Mo1Vy oxygen carrier being obtained by means of dipping, drying, calcining and tabletting. The supported molybdenum-vanadium bimetal oxide is used for the dehydrogenation of lower alkanes to olefins at a reaction temperature of 450-550°C, and can achieve highly active, highly selective oxidative dehydrogenation of propane to propylene, the propane conversion rate being 30 -40%, propylene selectivity being 80-90%. The fresh oxygen carrier reacts with propane to change from a high valence state to a low valence state, and the oxygen carrier of a low valence state reacts with air or oxygen to be oxidized to a high valence state, and thus lattice oxygen is obtained and circulated again; moreover, the oxygen carrier has very stable reaction performance after repeated regeneration, being useful in reaction devices such as a fixed bed reactor, a moving bed reactor or a circulating fluidized bed.
