Abstract:
In order to determine an operator who is permitted to perform an error release operation when an error has occurred in a money processing device (1, 2, 3), the money processing device (1, 2, 3) for identifying and counting a banknote and/or a coin and storing the banknote and/or the coin in a storage part, is configured to include: a detection sensor (90) that detects money in the device; an error detection unit (101) that detects occurrence of an error through the detection sensor (90); an error determination unit (101) that, when the error detection unit (101) detects occurrence of an error, determines who can release the detected error among a plurality of authorized persons, on the basis of a device operation that was performed for money processing prior to the occurrence of the error; and an error notification unit (103) that notifies the result of determination by the error determination unit (102).
