Abstract:
A money processing machine (1) comprising: a case (case 30a); a drawer unit (upper unit 340) configured so as to be withdrawable from the case; a lock mechanism (lock mechanism 30r) that locks the drawer unit inside the case; an identification information acquisition unit (62) for obtaining identification information of an operator; and a control unit (60) that, when an error has occurred in a processing unit, controls the lock mechanism such that the drawer unit can be withdrawn from the case on the condition that identification information of the operator has been obtained by the identification information acquisition unit.
