A monitoring apparatus, comprising a fixation seat (10) used to affix to a structure body, a housing (20) having an accommodating space (21), an upper end of a longitudinal axis (22) of the housing (20) being rotatably connected to the fixation seat (10), and a lower end of the longitudinal axis (22) being provided with a first photoelectric device (30). A second photoelectric device (40) and a third photoelectric device (50) are rotatably arranged at a first position and a second position of an outer side of the housing (20), respectively. A transmission mechanism (60) is disposed in the accommodating space (21) of the housing (20), the transmission mechanism (60) comprising: a first angular rotation mechanism (61), connected to the fixation seat (10), so as to drive the housing (20) to rotate relative to the fixation seat (10) along a first direction; and a second angular rotation mechanism (63), connected to and driving the first photoelectric device (30), the second photoelectric device (40), and the third photoelectric device (50) to rotate synchronously along a second direction, the first direction and the second direction being orthogonal to each other. Therefore, the three photoelectric devices can be driven to move synchronously in a first direction and/or a second direction by means of a compactly configured transmission mechanism (60).
