Abstract:
[Problem] To reduce maintenance load for a service operating on a network. [Solution] Provided is a monitoring device 1 for monitoring a service operating on a network and outputting an alert when measurement values for measuring the network channel quality exceed a predetermined threshold value, the device being characterized by being provided with: a cumulative value calculation unit 14 for calculating the cumulative value of the measurement values over a predetermined period for each user of the service; and a threshold value calculation unit 17 for calculating a threshold value on the basis of the calculated cumulative value and a target value calculated from a service level agreement (SLA) prescribed for each user.
