Abstract:
A monitoring device for monitoring an operation of an automatic grease injection device is disclosed. The monitoring device comprises: a switch sensor, which is connected to a switch operating a spool of the automatic grease injection device, and senses a movement of the spool so as to output a sensing signal; and an abnormal operation detection module, which determines whether the sensing signal is inputted from the switch sensor and, if the sensing signal is not inputted for a predetermined time, determines that an operation of the automatic grease injection device is abnormal so as to output an abnormal operation signal, wherein, in the automatic grease injection device, a light-emitting unit emits and displays blue light when the switch sensor senses a movement of the spool during the injection of grease, and the light-emitting unit emits and displays red light when a spool movement is not sensed for a fixed amount of time, and thus a user can confirm whether the automatic grease injection device is normally operated.
