Abstract:
Provided are a monitoring system, a monitoring method, and a computer readable medium for optimizing a monitoring position according to a mobile object. A monitoring system (1) monitors a set monitoring region on a road by means of a mobile object (11), the monitoring system (1) comprising: a report acquisition unit (12) that acquires a report regarding a dangerous event in the monitoring region or in the vicinity of the monitoring region; and a monitoring region control unit (13) that determines a change in the monitoring region on the basis of the report acquired by the report acquisition unit (12).
