Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a monoclonal antibody for an MADS transcription factor (MADS5) and the use thereof. The monoclonal antibody for the MADS5 provided by the present invention has a high affinity and a high specificity to the MADS5 protein, and can be widely applied to MADS5 detection, in particular to the detection of the expression condition of the MADS5 protein in each variety of grape sold on the market. Moreover, the monoclonal antibody provided by the present invention provides a tool targeting protein research, such that the regulation relationship between the expression of the MADS5 protein in different abortion varieties of grapes and the final formation of grape pits can be effectively studied.
