Title:
MONOCRYSTALLINE METAL FILM FORMED BY ABNORMAL GRAIN GROWTH OF POLYCRYSTALLINE METAL FILM, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/130371
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a technology which converts a polycrystalline metal film produced by a cold rolling process into a monocrystalline metal film by abnormal grain growth with only one heat treatment under a hydrogen atmosphere. The present invention can significantly reduce production costs since the process is simple compared to a conventional method for producing a monocrystalline metal film. Also, the present invention can be applied to a continuous roll-to-roll process since the monocrystallization speed is very fast. Furthermore, since heat treatment process conditions are not sensitive, monocrystallization is possible over a wide range of conditions, and thus, large-scale mass production is possible.
