Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a monocrystalline silicon rod drawing apparatus, a monocrystalline silicon rod drawing method, a heat exchanger, and a heat exchange assembly. The monocrystalline silicon rod drawing apparatus comprises: a main furnace body; a crucible, provided in the main furnace body and used for accommodating a silicon material; a heater, provided in the main furnace body and used for heating the silicon material in the crucible into molten silicon, so as to grow a monocrystalline silicon rod from the molten silicon; and a heat transfer assembly, provided in the monocrystalline silicon rod drawing apparatus. The heat transfer assembly is at least partially in contact with the monocrystalline silicon rod when the monocrystalline silicon rod passes, so as to conduct heat of the monocrystalline silicon rod. In the embodiments of the present application, the heat transfer assembly can be at least partially in contact with the monocrystalline silicon rod, so that the heat of the monocrystalline silicon rod is rapidly conducted to the heat transfer assembly by means of contact conduction. In this way, the longitudinal temperature gradient of the monocrystalline silicon rod can be increased, and the crystal growth rate of the monocrystalline silicon rod can be increased, thereby improving the efficiency of drawing the monocrystalline silicon rod and reducing production costs of the monocrystalline silicon rod.
