Abstract:
Provided is a monocrystalline silicon wafer with a pyramid superposed structure. After an original silicon wafer is cleaned by means of solution a, anisotropic corrosion is carried out by means of solution b to obtain a large pyramid textured face, and secondary texturing is then carried out by means of solution c, so that a small pyramid textured face of a relatively small size is formed on the original large pyramid textured face, and small pyramids are sequentially superposed on the surface of a large pyramid from top to bottom, so as to form a pyramid unit. Since the pyramid unit covers the surface of the silicon wafer and is superposed, the monocrystalline silicon wafer not only has the advantages of good contact between the large pyramid and a conductive gate line, and a high welding tension, but also has the advantages of a low reflectivity of the small pyramids, and a high short-circuit current. The textured face of the monocrystalline silicon wafer is of a structure of superposed pyramids of different sizes, so that the monocrystalline silicon wafer not only has the advantages of good contact between the large pyramid and a conductive gate line, and a high welding tension, but also has the advantages of a low reflectivity of the small pyramids, and a high short-circuit current.
