Abstract:
Disclosed are a monolithic multi-color element and a light-emitting module having same. The monolithic multi-color element according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a first conductive semiconductor area; a control part arranged on the first conductive semiconductor area; a colored area formed on the control part; and a second conductive semiconductor area formed on the colored area, wherein the colored area comprises a first colored part and a second colored part, and the first colored part emits light with a shorter wavelength than that of the second colored part, while the first colored part or the second colored part emits light with a plurality of peak wavelengths.
