Abstract:
The present invention provides a mortar lining wall thickness design method and device, and a pipe repairing method and device. The mortar lining wall thickness design method comprises: on the basis of defect data of an existing pipe, respectively determining a pipe top vertical deformation amount when the existing pipe has reached the end of the design working life after repair, and an equivalent additional load needing to be applied for making the existing pipe reach the pipe top vertical deformation amount; on the basis of the equivalent additional load and an assumed mortar lining wall thickness value, determining a cross section stress state parameter and an interface stress state parameter after the existing pipe is repaired; and comparing the stress state parameters with standard strength parameters, and according to the comparison result, determining whether to use the assumed mortar lining wall thickness value as a target mortar lining wall thickness value. By using the mortar lining wall thickness design method provided by the present invention, the mortar lining wall thickness design process can be more scientific and reasonable, and the risk of secondary damage to existing pipes can be reduced while the repaired existing pipes can effectively resist an external load.
