Abstract:
The present application relates to a motor angle detection and diagnosis device and method in a vehicle-mounted motor controller. The motor angle detection and diagnosis device is connected to a drive motor by means of a rotary transformer. The rotary transformer is configured to output rotary transformer feedback signals of an electrical angle of the drive motor. An angle sampling and diagnosis system in the motor angle detection and diagnosis device performs two simultaneous sampling on the rotary transformer feedback signals conditioned by a rotary transformer feedback processing circuit, and calculates a first electrical angle and a second electrical angle, respectively, and performs real-time diagnosis on the two sampling data and the first electrical angle and the second electrical angle, and at the same time, performs diagnosis on a hardware circuit, and when the diagnosis result is abnormal, controls the motor controller to enter a safe state. In said solution, sampling is performed by means of two sampling channels, a software algorithm is used to implement software angle decoding, and a software diagnosis mechanism is added, so that angle decoding above ASILC may be implemented, avoiding the use of a safe decoding chip, and reducing production costs.
