Abstract:
A stator (60) is received in a casing (20). A rotor (70) is provided in the inner periphery of the stator (60). A shaft (50) is provided in the inner periphery of the rotor (70). A functional portion (11) is provided in the outer periphery of a first member being the stator (60) or the shaft (50). A heat-resistant portion (12) is provided between the functional portion (11) and a second member being the casing (20) or the rotor (70).
