Abstract:
The present invention relates to a motor capable of insulation diagnosis, a motor control circuit, and a method for diagnosing a motor using the motor control circuit, wherein the motor may comprise: a power supply; a voltage processing unit connected to the power supply and increasing a direct current voltage or voltage overshoot; a switching unit connected to the voltage processing unit and performing pulse width modulation; and a drive unit electrically connected to the switching unit and to which a voltage is applied according to an operation of the switching unit. A diagnostic apparatus is embedded in an inverter which controls the motor to automatically perform insulation diagnosis, thereby preventing motor failure due to insulation breakdown in advance.
