Abstract:
Provided is a control device for fan filter units or the like. In an emergency, when an anomaly has occurred in a motor or motor control device, the provided control device immediately analyzes the anomaly and performs prompt, situation-appropriate, detailed motor control. In the provided FFU monitoring/control system, which has wireless communication functionality, motors are controlled as follows: an upper-level device (101) is connected to relay stations (102, 103, 104) via a fixed communication cable (107), and each relay station (102, 103, 104) communicates wirelessly with the FFUs (115a-n, 125a-n, 135a-n) in the FFU group (110, 120, 130) managed by that relay station. The upper-level device (101), the relay devices (102, 103, 104), and the communication units in the motor control units for the FFUs are each preset with a unique code, a MAC address, thereby eliminating the task of setting addresses.
