Abstract:
The motor control device of the present invention includes a semiconductor switch element provided on each phase of a three-phase motor to drive the three-phase motor, a pre-driver circuit provided on each phase of a three-phase motor to control the operation of the semiconductor switch elements, a power circuit to supply current to the pre-driver circuit, an arithmetic processing device for calculating and outputting motor control signals, a logic circuit for outputting drive signals for each phase of the three-phase motor on the basis of the motor control signals, a drive circuit for controlling the operation of the pre-driver circuit on the basis of the drive signals, and a current breaking circuit for breaking the supply of current from the power circuit to the pre-driver circuit when the current is equal to or greater than a predetermined value.
