Abstract:
This motor control system (10) comprises a position detection device (14), a controller (12), and a motor control device (16). The motor control device (16) has a shift amount calculation unit that: calculates a predicted arrival position of a moving part (50) on the basis of position information indicating the position of the moving part (50) detected by using the position detection device (14) and distance information indicating the future movement distance of the moving part (50) based on an operation command; calculates a shift amount between the predicted arrival position and a target position of the moving part (50); and outputs information indicating the shift amount between the predicted arrival position and the target position. The shift amount calculation unit, while taking into account at least one among an acquisition time required to acquire the position information and an acquisition time required to acquire the distance information, determines a reference time, acquires or calculates the position and future movement distance of the moving part (50) at the reference time, and calculates the predicted arrival position on the basis of the position and future movement distance of the moving part (50) at the reference time.
