Abstract:
A motor controller comprises a control system which has an integration means for integrating the deviation between a motor rotation speed and a target rotation speed to output a value corresponding to the integrated value and controls the motor by PWM system and starts the control by the control system for rotating the motor at a target rotation speed. This motor controller is characterized in that the output value of the integration means at the point of control start by the control system is a value corresponding to a counter electromotive voltage generated in the motor by rotation.
