Abstract:
A motor core manufacturing device (10) is for layering a prescribed number of cores made of thin steel sheets and provided with magnet holes through which magnets are inserted, inserting the magnets into an acquired layered core, and acquiring a motor core in which the magnets are fixed to the layered core by means of an adhesive. This motor core manufacturing device (10) comprises: an adhesive application mechanism (11) for applying a one-component adhesive in dots to prescribed places of the core; a pressurization mechanism (55) for applying an axial force to the layered core having been coated with the adhesive to spread the adhesive, and causing a part of the adhesive to be interposed in gaps between the magnets and the magnet holes, and causing the remaining parts thereof to be interposed between the adjacent cores; and a heating mechanism (60) for heating the layered core to cure the adhesive.
