Abstract:
A motor direct-drive roller of a heavy-duty chassis dynamometer, comprising a roller body (1); a mounting end face (2) is provided on the inner circumference of the roller body (1); a transmission shaft (3) coaxial with the roller body (1) is sleeved on the mounting end face (2); a drive assembly (4) is sleeved on the transmission shaft (3); a bearing assembly (5) is provided on each of two axial sides of the drive assembly (4); a plurality of axial mounting plates (6) are provided on the outer circumference of the drive assembly (4); a tension force sensor assembly (7) is connected to the axial mounting plate (6) located outside the roller body (1), and the tension force sensor assembly (7) is mounted on a support frame (8); an end portion flange plate (9) is further sleeved on the end portion of the transmission shaft (3) far away from the mounting end face (2); and several brake assemblies (10) are arranged on the end portion flange plate (9), and the brake assemblies (10) are also mounted on the support frame (8). The present roller has a compact structure, and the position arrangements of components are rational, thereby fully utilizing the space inside the roller body (1), and satisfying the test requirements for direct drive and heavy duty.
