Abstract:

A motor drive control device (1) according to the present invention comprises: a three-phase rectifier (10) for rectifying an AC voltage supplied from a three-phase AC power supply (6); a booster circuit (20) having a reactor (21), a switching element (22), and a reverse flow prevention element (23) and boosting a DC bus voltage supplied from the three-phase rectifier (10); a smoothing capacitor (30) for smoothing the output of the booster circuit (20); and an inverter circuit (40) for converting the DC bus voltage smoothed by the smoothing capacitor (30) to an AC voltage and supplying the converted AC voltage to a motor. In the motor drive control device (1), the rotation speed of the motor is fixed during the starting or stopping phase of the boost operation of the booster circuit (20).
