Abstract:
This motor drive device (1) is provided with: a position command generation unit (11) for generating a position command; a vibration suppression filter unit (12) which includes one or more stages of vibration suppression filter for suppressing the vibration of a device including a load (4) and a motor (2), applies a vibration suppression filter determined on the basis of a model parameter corresponding to a model of the device to the position command, and outputs a filter-applied position command to which the vibration suppression filter is applied; a servo control unit (13) for providing a torque command to the motor (2) on the basis of the filter-applied position command; a low-pass filter unit (141); a parameter estimation unit (142) for estimating the model parameter from the rotational speed of the motor and the torque command which have been passed through the low-pass filter unit (141); and a vibration determination unit (143) for determining the presence or absence of the occurrence of vibration in the model.
