Abstract:
A motor drive device includes: a position detection signal processing circuit
for processing a position detection signal of a plurality of motors; a pre-drive
circuit for generating an electrical connection switching signal of the motors;
a plurality of power switching circuits for supplying current to the motors according
to the output of the pre-drive circuit; and a motor switching circuit for instructing
motor drive switching. The motor drive device alternately drives a plurality
of motors. In accordance with the input signal to the motor switching circuit,
the position detection signal processing circuit selects a position detection
signal of a motor to be drive from the motor position detection signals, inputs
the position detection processing signal to the pre-drive circuit, thereby
selecting one of the power switching circuits.
